Add optional rounded scrollbar styling for Explorer

I would like an option that enables rounded scrollbars in the Explorer sidebar.

When turned on, the scrollbar in the file Explorer should appear with rounded corners, matching the soft, modern visual style of the Vira theme.

That’s all I hope to achieve with the new setting.
