License activation issue after factory reset (Error VIRA_1000)

Hi, I am getting a Vira Theme: license server error. (VIRA_1000) while trying to activate my license.

I recently factory reset my laptop without deactivating the theme in VS Code beforehand. I have already cleared and deactivated my device from my Lemon Squeezy order portal, but VS Code still fails to activate with the VIRA_1000 error.

Could you please reset my active devices or license session on your license server side?
