Please provide a solution for the "vira_1000" error.

I keep getting the "vira_1000" error, and I can't activate it. None of the solutions listed under "How to fix the vira_1000 error related to license issues" apply to my situation—so why isn't it working? I didn't get this for free; I paid for it. Isn't this unacceptable?
